Our fun bike rides on the wonderful bike trails have given us some yummy treats. The BLACKBERRYS are ripe. we have picked about 2 gallons to freeze and bring home. Of course we embelish our cereal and ice cream with them, and eat a lions share while picking.

Our Gresham, OR Habitat Build is a bit different this time. We are working on 5 2 story units that are built for handicap use. Week one found us framing several outside walls and all inside walls of the first floors. It seems like slow work, but we are assured by the foreman that we are really making good progress. We are parked on site with electricity. No water or dump so we are conserving so we can last 2 weeks without moving to dump or take on water. Real boondocking except for electric. It's nice to run all the lights at night. The weather is good so we don't need the cooler or heater. As of today we have 5 more work days and then we will head South to home.

After leaving the beautiful countryside of BC, we enjoyed a slow 5 day trip across to Gresham, Oregon to park and get ready for our Habitat 2 week build. Ken discovered a new hobbie while visiting our Boomer Friends, Sharon and Ron in Estacada, OR. Disk Golf is now Ken's new passion. Something else to keep him on the move and healthy. I bought a disk too and now we are learning to toss and throw a disk. It's fun and the parks they set up the games in are green, cool, and lovely to traverse.
