Summer 2013

We had a fast start to summer in June as we took a RV road trip to Livingston Texas. We had made a commitment to help out at our RV Club CARE facility for a month. We knew it was summer when the heat index hit 98 and the humidity was even higher. It was a good but frustrating month of lots of summer thunder storms, burned out air conditioner, and engine repairs. The work at our Assisted Living facility was a wonderful experience. We did a lot of dishes, served many meals, and met some great people being served by this awesome and one of a kind facility.
