We have taken our free time to visit the Interpretive Center for the End of the Oregon Trail and Donner Party trails. We have searched out every disk golf course in the area and have played at 5 so far. We found a couple geocaches. We took the MAX train through Portland and went to visit some new friends that we met in WA at our last build. We drove to Salem and met Cheryle and her husband ,some friends of Kens, and chatted for 3 hours at Costco. We didn't have to worry about taking up a booth at a restaurant or leaving a tip! All of us were ok with the idea of meeting there so it worked out well. They drove 1/2 the way to meet us there. We had a picnic at Roslyn Lake with 19 Boomer friends who were in the area and came to our Mini Rang there. So not all work and no play. We always manage to have some fun too.
Stories and tales from the travels and activities of Ken and Sue. Enjoy our fun with us by reading our blog and enjoying the pictures.
